Den Hauptteil meiner Arbeitszeit verbringe ich ja an der Kasse sitzend und wenn man dann jemand nach einem Artikel fragt kann ich meist nur vage eine Richtung weisen und dem Kunden auch nicht wirklich weiterhelfen. Und wenn ich dann mal im Laden unterwegs bin und gefragt werde lege ich besonderen Wert darauf nicht einfach nur einen Gang zu zeigen sondern den Kunden direkt zum Artikel zu bringen. So auch als ein Kunde mich nach Zahnstochern fragte, die sind im Laden auch relativ versteckt und selbst für mich schwer zu finden also ging ich mit. Wir stehen also vor den Zahnstochern und ich bin fast schon wieder auf dem Rückweg als der Kunde mich fragt:
" Haben sie denn keine einzeln verpackten?"
- Sie meinen Zahnstocher für Zahnstocher jeweils einzelnd verpackt?"
" Ja, jeden einzelnen in Folie oder Papier. Ich mag das nicht wenn die alle zusammen sind, dann werden die ja schlecht".
Bei einem Restaurantbesitzer könnte ich ja verstehen wenn der kein Zahnstocherdöschen mit Offenen auf den Tisch stellen möchte aber für den Eigenbedarf? Wie penibel kann man denn sein?
